Peoples Baptist Church exists for the purpose of glorifying God and propagating the Gospel. Through the tithes and offerings of the church, as instructed in Scripture, the sun never sets on the ministry of the church. At home and around the world, the Gospel is carried.

Churches these days tend to err toward trendy. Malls are trendy; churches should feel timeless. With the forceful current of constant change sweeping over every part of our lives, people have the need to connect with something enduring and firm. We believe Christ designed the church to fulfill that need by representing an eternal kingdom and ageless truth with no need to imitate the culture. We want you to know that there's still a church that feels like a church. It's not old-fashioned, as in 50 years ago. It's timeless, as in 2000 years ago.

We believe that the mission of the church is not a variable but rather a constant. In accordance, each January, Peoples Baptist Church unveils a new theme. “So Much the More" is our theme for this year. It is our desire to be unified as the body of Christ, encouraging and edifying one another while pointing people to the Savior. Our goal is to do more for Jesus in 2023 than we have ever done before.

With Each Other

I John 3:23

With the Gospel

“But none of these things move me,neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God.”

With the Church

“...Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it.”

I Timothy 1:12

With Our Neighbor

“Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.”
