SUMMER REVIVAL
I am so excited about our summer revival, a meeting in a different venue than ever before. Each Wednesday night during the month of August we will have a guest preacher. Each man is different but being used greatly by God. All of these men are my friends and I believe each man will bring something exciting to our church.
The first Wednesday night, Pastor Wayne Cofield from Whitfield Baptist Church in Dalton, Georgia, will be speaking. Bro. Cofield has a great church and is a very dynamic speaker. The second Wednesday night Bro. Scott Pauley will be our guest speaker. Bro. Pauley is on staff with Dr. Clarence Sexton in Powell, Tennesse. Scott is one of the most gifted pulpiteers you will ever hear. Thirdly, my friend Dr. Steve Roberson will be preaching. Steve Roberson has been one of the most sought-after speakers in this country for years. The fourth Wednesday we will enjoy Dr. Dan Reed from Harvest Baptist Church in Acworth, Georgia. Recently, Dr. Reed brought a powerful message at Dr. Paul Chappell's Leadership Conference in Lancaster, California. I am looking forward to hearing this great man of God. Finally, we will have Dr. Doug Anderson from Newnan, Georgia. Bro. Anderson was in evangelism for many years and now pastors Bible Baptist Church. He is a great preacher and will always give you something good from God's Word.
I believe we will enjoy these great preachers each week as they proclaim the Word of God. Please, remember that no one can take your place. Be faithful and be in prayer for these "Wonderful Wednesdays" of summer revival.

We are in the amazing world of technology. I am amazed at how fast things are changing. Information of any kind is just a click away. We have a dear saint of God in our church who will be 100 years old in September. Can you imagine what all he has seen come to pass in the the last century! As a church we need to utilize the technological world to better comunicate the gospel of our Savior. We are equipped more than ever before to reach a world for Christ.
